Non-medical home care
Home Care After a Hospital Stay in Southern Massachusetts
Coming home after a hospital stay, surgery or rehab is a vulnerable time. Your parent may be weaker than before and adjusting to new instructions. We help with everyday tasks so recovery at home starts safely.
Our care is non-medical. If a nurse or therapist from a home health agency is also visiting, we work alongside them on daily living.

Common questions
How quickly can care start after discharge?
Call us as soon as you know a discharge date. Our care assessment specialist will arrange an in-home assessment, and we will plan care around the day your loved one comes home.
Is this the same as home health care?
No. Home health care is medical care ordered by a doctor. We provide the non-medical help with daily life that often goes alongside it.
